- 2 peaches
- 8 slices prosciutto sliced in half
- 16 mini mozzarella balls ciliegine
- 8 large basil leaves or 16 small
- 1-2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
- Ground black pepper for garnish
- 16 4” skewers
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit. Slice each half into 4 pieces.
Stick the skewer through the peel side of the peach, then thread on a basil leave, some prosciutto and a mozzarella ball.
Garnish with ground black pepper and balsamic glaze.
