Ingredients
  

  • 2 English Cucumbers peeled and cut into 1″ rounds
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon cut into bite sized pieces
  • 4 ounces whipped cream cheese softened
  • Fresh dill cut into small sprigs
  • Everything bagel seasoning or other similar seasoning
  • 1/4 cup capers drained

Instructions
 

  • Lay the cucumber rounds on a paper towel and let sit for 15 minutes so moisture can escape.
  • Place the whipped cream cheese in a piping bag or plastic bag with corner cut off.
  • Place a piece of salmon on each cucumber. Pipe on some cream cheese.
