This delightful dessert captures the zesty, tangy flavor of traditional Key lime pie, layered beautifully with creamy filling and crunchy graham cracker crumbs. Perfect for warm weather gatherings, these parfaits are not only delicious but also incredibly easy to prepare.

We tend toward making simple, chilled desserts for summer parties, especially Memorial Day and 4th of July when there’s already a lot of food on the menu. No one turns down the chance to have a little key lime pie flavor in a small portion, like this.
Helpful Tips
- Use Fresh Key Limes: If possible, use fresh Key limes for the best flavor. They have a unique tartness that sets them apart from regular limes. If you can’t find them, bottled Key lime juice works well too.
- Make Ahead: These parfaits can be made a day in advance, making them a great option for entertaining. Just keep them covered in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
- Serving Size: Adjust the serving size based on your preferences. You can use small cups for bite-sized treats or larger jars for more substantial servings.
