If you’re craving something crispy, spicy, and just a little sticky, Spicy Firecracker Shrimp should be at the top of your list. These shrimp are coated in a light, crunchy coating and tossed in a punchy sauce that brings sweet heat with every bite. It’s quick to make and feels like takeout, but better.

The combo of chili crunch, sweet chili sauce, and soy gives the firecracker sauce its bold flavor, while a touch of honey balances it out. Once the shrimp hit that hot pan, they cook fast and soak up all that flavor like a sponge. Finished with sesame seeds and fresh chives, they’re ready to serve straight from the skillet.
Helpful Tips
- Pat the shrimp dry first. It helps the coating stick better and fry up crisp.
- Mix the sauce ahead. Having it ready makes tossing the shrimp easier and faster.
- Serve immediately. These are best hot while the coating is still crunchy.
