- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil + more for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 tablespoons water
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, artichoke hearts, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt.
Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with olive oil and serve.
