Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil + more for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, artichoke hearts, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with olive oil and serve.
