This Spiked Coconut Banana Smoothie is a cocktail in disguise. It's thick and creamy, full of banana flavor, and best of all, it's spiked with rum.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Mix the rum, banana, coconut, cream, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with shredded coconut.

Notes

  • To make this virgin, just leave out the rum.
  • Cut down on the amount of ice, for a less icy texture. If preferred, you can make this smoothie with no ice.
