This Spiked Coconut Banana Smoothie is a cocktail in disguise. It's thick and creamy, full of banana flavor, and best of all, it's spiked with rum.

- 1.5 oz white rum
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Ice
Mix the rum, banana, coconut, cream, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with shredded coconut.
- To make this virgin, just leave out the rum.
- Cut down on the amount of ice, for a less icy texture. If preferred, you can make this smoothie with no ice.
