These delicious, easy-to-prepare Shredded BBQ Chicken Sliders, made with your favorite barbecue sauce, pulled chicken, and melted cheese, are the perfect quick meal or game day appetizer.
Place bottom of slider buns into a 9x13” baking dish.
Place the chicken stock and chicken breast in a pot over medium heat. Simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board. Once cooled, shred the chicken.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and bbq sauce. Stir to incorporate. Place mounds of chicken on each bun. Top with shredded cheese. Lay on the tops of the buns.
Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter and drizzle the rest over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil from the pan and bake for another 10 minutes, until tops are golden. Serve immediately.
