For the Shamrock Avocado Toasts:

Instructions
Prepare your favorite pancake batter (I use Krustez). Add some green food coloring. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden. Set aside.
Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut the bread into shamrocks. Toast the bread. Smash the avocado and spread it onto the toasts. Sprinkle with salt.
On a large serving board or platter, arrange the green pancakes, shamrock avocado toasts, green grapes, sliced kiwi, and green apple slices. Add the shamrock butter and syrup for the pancakes.
