Ingredients
  

  • 1 French baguette sliced
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 2 cups pulled pork cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup coleslaw store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brush the crostini with olive oil and bake or air fry on 400 degree F for about 5 minutes, until slightly crunchy.
  • Heat the pulled pork. Top the crostini with the pork. Then top it with coleslaw, drizzle over the BBQ sauce and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Notes

  • These are best served hot, so don't put them together too far in advance of serving.
