- 1 French baguette sliced
- Olive oil for brushing
- 2 cups pulled pork cooked and seasoned
- 1 cup coleslaw store-bought or homemade
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste

Brush the crostini with olive oil and bake or air fry on 400 degree F for about 5 minutes, until slightly crunchy.
Heat the pulled pork. Top the crostini with the pork. Then top it with coleslaw, drizzle over the BBQ sauce and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
