- 13 ounce Kielbasa or Polish Sausage "rope" cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook and stir sausage until browned. Remove any excess grease.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet; cook and stir over low heat until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Serve with green onions and red pepper flakes, as garnish.
