Ingredients
  

  • 13 ounce Kielbasa or Polish Sausage "rope" cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook and stir sausage until browned. Remove any excess grease.
  • Add remaining ingredients to skillet; cook and stir over low heat until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with green onions and red pepper flakes, as garnish.

Notes

  • You can use any type of sausage you like with this recipe.
  • Swap the peach preserves for apricot, if you like.
