My Heart Will Go On Cocktail
This cocktail is perfect for Valentine's Day and will pair well with your meal or appetizers with it's strong, bitter profile.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce amaro
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 1 lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in all the ingredients and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into coupe glasses.
- Garnish with 2 cherries and a lime wheel.
Notes
- You can adjust the bitterness by adding more or less simple syrup.
