12 flour tortillas street taco size 2 tablespoons butter 2 cups carnitas 2 cups Monterey jack cheese shredded chopped onions and cilantro garnish
Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
In a skillet over medium heat add one tortilla. Top that with carnitas and Monterey jack cheese.
Add the second tortilla and cook until golden brown. Flip over and continue cooking on the other side.
Remove from the skillet, cut into fourths, and serve with chopped onions and cilantro.
