Ingredients
  

  • 12 flour tortillas street taco size
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups carnitas
  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • chopped onions and cilantro garnish

Instructions
 

  • Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
  • In a skillet over medium heat add one tortilla. Top that with carnitas and Monterey jack cheese.
  • Add the second tortilla and cook until golden brown. Flip over and continue cooking on the other side.
  • Remove from the skillet, cut into fourths, and serve with chopped onions and cilantro.
