This simple Irish Cream Iced Coffee is made with iced coffee mixed with Irish cream liquor, half and half, and optional Irish whiskey for a rich and deliciously decadent iced drink.

6 ounces iced coffee or cold brew cooled 2 ounces Irish Cream liqueur Half and half cream, or milk; to taste 1 ounce Irish Whiskey optional Whipped cream and cocoa powder garnish
Make sure your coffee is chilled before starting.
Pour the coffee into a tall glass filled with ice.
Pour the Irish Cream liqueur over the top of the coffee.
Pour the half and half on top.
To spike the drink, pour in the Irish Whiskey. This is optional.
Stir well, top with whipped cream and cocoa powder if desired, and enjoy.
