Irish Cream Iced Coffee
This simple Irish Cream Iced Coffee is made with iced coffee mixed with Irish cream liquor, half and half, and optional Irish whiskey for a rich and deliciously decadent iced drink.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces iced coffee or cold brew cooled
- 2 ounces Irish Cream liqueur
- Half and half cream, or milk; to taste
- 1 ounce Irish Whiskey optional
- Whipped cream and cocoa powder garnish
Instructions
- Make sure your coffee is chilled before starting.
- Pour the coffee into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Pour the Irish Cream liqueur over the top of the coffee.
- Pour the half and half on top.
- To spike the drink, pour in the Irish Whiskey. This is optional.
- Stir well, top with whipped cream and cocoa powder if desired, and enjoy.
