4 small fresh burrata balls or 1 large ball 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 orange zested 3 tablespoons orange juice 2 tablespoons pistachios chopped Salt and pepper for seasoning 1 baguette sliced and toasted
Pour the cranberry sauce into a bowl. Add the orange juice and zest. Stir well.
Place your balls of Burrata on a serving platter or cheese board.
Spoon the cranberry sauce around the cheese and sprinkle on the pistachios.
Season with flake salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve with toasted baguette slices.
