Easy Bacon Wrapped Sausages Appetizer
These Easy Bacon Wrapped Sausages make a fantastic appetizer, with mini sausages wrapped in bacon and cook easily in the oven or air fryer. They are finger food at its best.
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon cut in half horizontally
- 16 small sausages
Instructions
- Wrap half a slice of bacon firmly around each sausage.
- Place the sausage, with the end of the bacon facing down, in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380° F for 8 minutes or until the bacon is crisp, turning them over halfway through cooking to ensure the bacon gets evenly cooked.
Notes
You can baste the sausages with honey near the end of cooking for a sweet version, or with hot sauce for a spicy version.
