- 8 oz bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups BBQ pulled pork
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Iceberg lettuce shredded
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread chips on the sheet.
Spread pulled pork evenly over the chips, along with red onion slices, and shredded cheeses. Drizzle the BBQ sauce on top.
Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese is just melted. Top with shredded lettuce and serve immediately.
