This Baked Brie With Garlic appetizer is a mild-flavored creamy cheese stuffed with garlic, drizzled with olive oil, and baked until gooey and delicious.
Remove the wheel of brie from its packaging and place in a baking dish. Score the top of the cheese in a crosshatch pattern with a knife. Do not cut all the way through.
Wedge the garlic slices into the crosshatches of the brie. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on the rosemary.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes. The inside of the cheese should be melted and gooey. If not, return to the oven for 2-3 more minutes.
