Decadent Snickers Martini
Dessert cocktails are a revelation and one that you definitely should try is a Snickers martini, with rich chocolate and caramel blended together with cream and chocolate liquor.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts finely chopped
- 1/2 ounce caramel syrup
- 2 ounces chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce Irish cream salted caramel for extra flavor
- 1 mini Snickers chocolate bar
- Ice
Instructions
- Spread the chopped peanuts on a plate. Dip your finger in the caramel syrup and run it around the rims of both martini glasses. Roll the rims in the peanuts.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the caramel syrup, chocolate liqueur, and Irish cream. Shake vigorously. Pour equally into the two martini glasses.Cut the Snickers bar into small squares. Thread the pieces onto cocktail skewers.Place the Snickers skewers across the top of the glass. Serve.
