Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen ravioli about 16 ounces, any flavor you prefer
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko or regular
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or your favorite herbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • Marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • If using frozen ravioli, there’s no need to thaw them. You can cook them directly from frozen, which makes this recipe super convenient!
  • In one bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. If desired, drizzle in a little olive oil to enhance the flavor and help the breadcrumbs crisp up nicely.
  • Dip each ravioli into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs adhere well. Place the breaded ravioli on a plate or baking sheet as you go.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. You may need to cook in batches. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping the ravioli halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Once cooked, remove the crispy ravioli from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter. Serve hot with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce for a deliciously crunchy treat!
