- 4 ripe Roma tomatoes diced
- ½ small white onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped

- Juice of 1 lime

In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and garlic.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt.
