Chocolate Dipped Oreo Christmas Trees
Dress up your Oreos for a special Christmas treat that are super easy to make and really bring a sparkle to your party.
Ingredients
- 24 Oreos I used thin Oreos to cut down on calories per cookie
- 5 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
- 24 mini M&Ms yellow
- Green & brown frosting pens
- Colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl at 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
- Dip half the cookie into the chocolate and set it on a wire rack to cool.
- Draw on your tree. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles before it hardens.
- Then draw on the stem. Set an M&M or sprinkle star on the top of the tree.
Notes
- You can use a gel or frosting pen, or make your own frosting and color it with food coloring, to do the drawing.
- There are many options for stars. You can use yellow candies, yellow star sprinkles, or yellow gel pen. Get creative.
