Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese dressing optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ground chicken with the breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper, just until combined.
  • Form small, bite-sized meatballs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides.
  • Pour in the buffalo sauce and stir to coat the meatballs.
  • Serve them on a platter and drizzle the Ranch dressing over the top. Serve with a bowl of blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired. If you’re serving at a party, it’s a great idea to put toothpicks or skewers in each ball for people to pick up.
