1poundbonelessskinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1cupall-purpose flour
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonpaprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1cupbuffalo sauce like Frank’s RedHot® sauceadjust to taste
Oil for fryingor cooking spray for baking
Optional: celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until they are well-coated.
You can either fry or bake the chicken. For frying, heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. For a healthier option, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), place the coated chicken on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss until all the pieces are well-coated.
Serve your Boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings hot with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Make these even easier by buying boneless chicken wings and baking or air frying them before tossing in the sauce.
