- 2.5 ounces fresh pineapple chunks frozen
- 1.5 ounces white rum
- 1 ounces lime juice
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup more if desired
- Ice
Freeze the pineapple chunks for at least 2 hours, so they are fairly solid.
Add pineapple, rum, lime juice, and agave syrup to a blender. If the pineapple was not frozen, add 2-3 ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Freezing the pineapple eliminates the need to add a lot of ice to the drink to make a frozen daiquiri.
- Add more agave syrup if you like a sweeter cocktail.
