These bite-sized bacon jalapeno pinwheels combine smoky bacon, zesty jalapeños, and cheddar cheese, all rolled up in a flour tortilla for a snack that’s impossible to resist.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 jalapenos diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Stir together well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto both tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes or put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Slice evenly and arrange on a platter.

Notes

For mild heat remove the seeds and membrane, for more heat leave some in.
