Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Extra bacon chives, and cheddar for coating

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, Ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, roll the cheeseball in a mixture of extra crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and fresh chives for a delicious coating.
  • Serve with an assortment of crackers, pretzels, or sliced veggies.
