- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 green onions chopped
- Extra bacon chives, and cheddar for coating
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, Ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix well.
Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, roll the cheeseball in a mixture of extra crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and fresh chives for a delicious coating.
Serve with an assortment of crackers, pretzels, or sliced veggies.
