1/2 head Iceberg lettuce 5 strips bacon cooked 10 large cherry tomatoes halved 1 large avocado cut in 1” cubes 2 tablespoons red onion chopped ¼ cup Ranch dressing ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese 20 4” skewers
Cut the lettuce into 2” stacked cubes
Snap the bacon into 4 pieces each
Grab a skewer. Thread on a chunk of lettuce, 2 bacon pieces, a chunk of avocado, onion, and a tomato.
Drizzle on the dressing. Sprinkle on some crumbled blue cheese.
