- 2 large flour tortillas or spinach wraps
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons capers drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons red onion very finely chopped optional
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Zest from one lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, capers, fresh dill, smoked salmon, red onions, lemon juice and zest. Stir together well.
Spread the mixture evenly onto both tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes or put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Slice evenly and arrange on a platter.
