- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- ½ cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
- 16 pepperoni slices
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley finely crushed
Preheat oven to 425°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry to ⅛-inch thickness. Cut into 16 squares and space the squares apart on the baking sheet.
Top each slice with pizza sauce, cheese, a pepperoni slice, more cheese, and a sprinkle of parsley.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. You may have to pull the pepperoni slice back to the top of the square once baked. Serve warm with pizza sauce.
