Puff Pastry Pizza Pinwheels are a fun way to enjoy pizza in appetizer form with all your favorite toppings rolled up in a tasty puff pastry. It's brilliant finger food.
1sheet ready-rolled puff pastryat room temperature
1/4cuppizza sauce
1cupgrated mozzarella
1/2cuppepperoni slices
1/2teaspoonItalian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pastry on a flat, clean work surface. Spread the sauce evenly onto the pastry, leaving about 1” of space along one long side.
Sprinkle on the cheese, then place the pepperoni evenly around the pastry. Sprinkle on the seasoning.
Starting from the long side that has sauce all the way to the edge, roll the pastry tightly. When you come to the end without sauce, gently press to seal the roll.
Slice the roll into 1” slices.
Place the pieces on the parchment paper lined sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
