These Philly Cheesesteak Fries are a fun alternative to nachos and they make a fantastic appetizer for any party. Pile up your fries with your favorite Philly Cheesesteak toppings. You can't go wrong!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bag crinkle cut French fries or as much as you want
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 pound shaved beef or thin sliced steak
  • 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fries from frozen according to the package instructions.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stove top on medium heat. Add the onions and green peppers. Sauté for about 8 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • Add the steak to the pan and sauté for about 10 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and slightly browned. Remove from heat.
  • Heat the Cheez Whiz in a pan or in the microwave.
  • Pour the fries into a bowl. Layer ingredients on and top with cheese sauce. Serve hot.
