Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1 wheel brie rind removed
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pears into pieces. Cut the brie into equal pieces.
  • Thread a pear onto a skewer. Take 3 leaves of arugula and fold them over. Thread them onto the skewer. Then thread on the brie. Set the skewers on a serving platter.
  • Set the walnuts on top of the brie. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
