These Mini Tiramisu Cups are creamy, coffee-soaked, and layered just like the traditional version, but served individually for easy entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur optional
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ladyfingers halved
  • unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine the espresso and liqueur (if using).
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Fill 1/3 of the cup with the mixture.
  • Dip two halves of ladyfingers in the coffee, then set them on top of the mixture in the cup.
  • Repeat the layers once more. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • The number of tiramisu cups this recipe will make depends on what size cup you use.
