1 1/2 ounces mango cut into small cubes 10 mint leaves 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges 2 ounces rum 1 cup ice small cubes 2 ounces soda water
Combine the mango, 8 mint leaves, sugar, and lime wedges in a tall glass.
Muddle together, pressing firmly on the lime, but not crushing it.
Add the rum and ice. Stir together.
Top up with soda water. Garnish with remaining mint leaves.
