Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounces mango cut into small cubes
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1 cup ice small cubes
  • 2 ounces soda water

Instructions
 

  • Combine the mango, 8 mint leaves, sugar, and lime wedges in a tall glass.
  • Muddle together, pressing firmly on the lime, but not crushing it.
  • Add the rum and ice. Stir together.
  • Top up with soda water. Garnish with remaining mint leaves.
