Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag waffle fries
  • 2 cups homemade or store-bought BBQ pulled pork
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the waffle fries according to the package.
  • Heat the pulled pork and add a scoop to the top of each fry.
  • Mix the coleslaw, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Add a scoop of coleslaw to the top of each waffle fry. Garnish with green onions.
