Put the chicken wings in a bowl and add the oil, cornstarch, paprika, garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper. Mix together well with your hands until the chicken is well coated.
Place the wings in the air fryer, spaced out, and spray with cooking oil.
Air fryer at 385F for 16-20 minutes, flipping half way through, and spraying again on the other side. Chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature.
For the lemon pepper sauce, combine the butter, soy sauce, garlic black pepper, lemon juice, and honey in a pot and cook until it’s slightly reduced and syrupy.
