Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 pound raw salmon skin removed, cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic and teriyaki marinade.
  • Add the salmon to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. When hot, place each piece of salmon into the pan, spaced so they aren’t touching. Cook for 2 minute per side, or until browned.
  • Place salmon on a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. If serving as finger food, place a toothpick in each piece of salmon.
