Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix everything together until just combined – don't overmix or the meatballs may become tough.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get around 12-15 meatballs.
Wrap 2 pieces of bacon over the top of each meatball, securing the ends underneath. If needed, you can use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
Place the bacon-wrapped meatballs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the warm BBQ sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
