Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots of espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1 cup 2% milk or milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice additional for garnish
  • whipped cream optional for serving
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Make the espresso and chill it.
  • Mix the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Fill a 16 oz glass with ice. Pour the espresso over the top. Add the milk mixture. Stir. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
