This Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is easy to make at home and is full of delicious pumpkin spice flavor.

- 2 shots of espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 1 cup 2% milk or milk alternative
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice additional for garnish
- whipped cream optional for serving
- Ice
Make the espresso and chill it.
Mix the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Fill a 16 oz glass with ice. Pour the espresso over the top. Add the milk mixture. Stir. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
