This Gingerbread Martini will bring the season to life with the familiar taste of gingerbread, vodka, Irish cream, and coffee liqueur, making a very festive holiday cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce gingerbread syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place the martini glass in the freezer to chill.
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  • Take the glass out of the freezer and dry. Crush gingerbread cookie and rim the edge of the glass.
  • Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Garnish with a while gingerbread cookie on the rim or floating on the top. Optional.
