- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chili crunch
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
Mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper, just until combined. Form meatballs.
Bake or air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, until cooked through.
Mix together the chili crunch, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
Coat the meatballs in the sauce.
Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
- To keep this extra simple, you can use frozen meatballs instead of making your own.
