Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili crunch
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper, just until combined. Form meatballs.
  • Bake or air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Mix together the chili crunch, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
  • Coat the meatballs in the sauce.
  • Serve on a platter with toothpicks.

Notes

  • To keep this extra simple, you can use frozen meatballs instead of making your own.
