Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 5 organic white tea bags or ¼ cup white tea leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Pour the simple syrup into the pitcher. Add fresh lemon juice and stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  • Serve over ice with fresh strawberries and a sprig of fresh basil for garnish.
