  • 15 oz can chili without beans use your favorite brand
  • Tortilla chips for dipping

  • Put the cheese cubes, rotel, and chili into a microwave-safe dish. Cover with a paper towel. Heat for 1 minute then stir, repeat until smooth.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
