Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Dredge each piece of chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side(depending on the thickness of your chicken). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom connected. Place the bottom half of the buns in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Place the provolone slices on the bottom buns, then add the cooked chicken pieces. Spoon marinara over the chicken, then add the mozzarella cheese slices on top.Place the top buns on.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the mixture over the top of the buns.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice the sliders into individual portions and serve warm.
