- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons cardamom
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
Mix all the spices together and store in a glass container with a lid.
You can serve it as a spice over desserts, on coffee, or in tea. I like to add 1 1/2 tsp to a cup of hot milk with 1 tbsp of sweetener, like honey.
