This Caramel Apple Spiced Rum Cocktail is sweet, smooth, and just boozy enough to warm you up without overpowering the apple-caramel magic.

- 2 ounces spiced rum
- 2 ounces apple cider or apple juice
- 1 tablespoon caramel syrup divided
- sprinkle of ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick for garnish optional
- Ice for blending
Pour half the caramel syrup on to a small plate. Roll the rim of your glass around in the caramel to coat it (like adding salt to a margarita glass).
In a cocktail shaker, mix together the remaining caramel syrup, rum and apple cider with ice and shake until well combined.
Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass. Serve.
