Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 5 sliced apples
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Place the cream cheese on a serving dish. Cover with caramel sauce and top with peanuts.
  • Slice the apples and place them in a large bowl with the water and lemon juice to soak. 
  • When ready to serve, remove the apples from the bowl and serve alongside the dip.

Notes

The lemon juice bath will keep the apples from turning brown.
