Instructions
Place the cream cheese on a serving dish. Cover with caramel sauce and top with peanuts.
Slice the apples and place them in a large bowl with the water and lemon juice to soak.
When ready to serve, remove the apples from the bowl and serve alongside the dip.
Notes
The lemon juice bath will keep the apples from turning brown.
