Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the shredded chicken to a bowl with the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and green onion. Stir to combine.
Add about ¼ cup of the mixture onto each corn tortilla. Roll them up tightly. Place the taquitos, seam-side down on the baking sheet. Spray or brush with oil.
Bake for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
