These delicious buffalo chicken sliders incorporate shredded chicken, RedHot sauce, and blue cheese.

- 8 slider buns
- 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice the buns in half down the middle, if they aren’t already. Place the bottom half on the baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, hot sauce, and butter. Stir until well combined.
Divide the chicken mixture among the buns. Add on the top buns.
Bake for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
- You can double the recipe, if desired. If using 12 Hawaiian rolls, increase chicken to 4 cups and Frank’s to ⅓ cup.
- If you don’t like blue cheese, replace with Monterrey Jack, mozzarella, or Colby Jack.
- These can be served cold, if you want. Just serve after assembling.
