Laura
This Blueberry Basil Mezcal cocktail is a great way to blend the sweet flavor of blueberries with the smokiness of Mezcal and bit of brightness from basil and lime.

  • 10 blueberries
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave syrup
  • bacon salt for the rim of the glass
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add blueberries and basil to the shaker. Muddle.

Notes

  • Also substitute the blueberries with blackberries, raspberries or strawberries for something a little different.
  • You can replace the agave syrup with a sugar substitute syrup to keep this drink low-sugar and low-carb.
